I am so lazy with technology. I mean I rarely comment or do reviews on anything in the internet like what I'm doing now because I think its pointless.

Six months ago that mindset changed. When suddenly I need help and the only thing that I can turn to is the internet. I work at a local vegetable oil refinery and the man for the job was not around because of an emergency reason. I'm not sure what that machine is called but my boss told me to look for suction screen filter, metal element type. I don't know anything about it for Christ sake. I am a driver by profession. Anyway I tried. I sat down to the computer and search for industrial filter
in the internet. It took me more than 30 minutes to find the filter that I am looking for, the problem is my boss told me to make sure that the metal element that I will get is reliable because this metal element got broken 2 times in one month and it caused my boss a lot of problem. When one machine stops a lot of money gets wasted, profit goes to the drain. Well my only hope is to find a reliable product review for this metal element. It was really frustrating because I can't find any. I guess product review is not on any machinist vocabulary. I found one website that seems like I can trust. I read the company profile and the track record is smooth. They are helping people like me for 25 years. I search for the product and I found it. I ordered one and have it shipped overnight. I talked to the guy that installed the metal element filter and he said that I made a good choice. Six months had passed and so far the metal element filter is holding up, unlike the previous 2 that went haywire after 2 weeks of use. My boss even gave me a little bonus for doing a good job. Well I guess in order to move someone to do something different like me writing my first product review is either a good or bad experience. For me its both, I find it frustrating no one is writing a product review about this metal element, and good experience because I received a little bonus because I trusted Dolliger Metal element.

Pleated Media Liquid Review

On November 12, 2009 I purchase a Pleated Media, Liquid manufactured by Samsung with the specification:

Outer Diam: 7 in.
Inner Diam: 4.25 in.
Length: 17.6 in.

Before I purchase this filter I did a lot of research and I emailed a couple of expert because I want to make sure that the specification and the filter that I will get will be reliable. I join a couple of forum and three experts recommend that I should get look for the item at Fluitek Corporation. I did some checking myself and found out that this company is one of the leaders in the industry and they are doing it for over 25 years now. I dug in deeper and check if they have what I'm looking for. True enough I found the pleated media liquid that I'm looking for and the exact specification as recommended. I email Fluitek and I really appreciated how fast the response is and in details. People at Fluitek knows how to talk to a novice like me. They provided a couple of options that made it real easy for me to decide. Yesterday November 29 I received my order, everything is complete nothing is missing hired someone to install the pleated media filter for me and everything went great. The machinist that I hired to do the job said that the item that I got is top of the line and is reliable. Most of his customers use same type of pleated media filter. That comment doubled my confidence with the filter and the company that I trusted. I'm very thankful to those people who helped me out. Thank you fluitek.

Exactly two years ago I purchase a wix tube/wound element filter. This is a milestone for our company because we have four machines that uses same type of wound element filter and only one stayed problem free for two years. The other 3 is causing us a lot of money because it needs constant replacement. We have different experts looking at it but cannot figure it out. The wound element element is recommended by a friend who is not a machinist. He is another user of this product. To make the long story short I end up replacing all my machine with the same type of wound element and I'm a happy camper now. We just follow regular maintenance schedule and the wound element is still holding up. Everything is working fine after 2 years and this is all 4 machines unlike when I was using a different brand of wound element filter. I guess you can say that this is a testimonial of this wound element that I got from wix.
